PROMISYS-flow is a system designed by AERIAM to control the flow of passengers in an airport terminal, based on counting the number of people and made up of the following subsystems: - Counting device subsystem
- Communications subsystem
- Front-end and backend application subsystem
PROMISYS flow can use any field counting element that is connected to a data network via any control device which provides the data in XML protocol simple POST type. In this way, elements such as volumetric detectors, photoelectric detectors, thermal detectors, infrared detectors, RFID devices etc can be connected to controllers or PLCs and integrated into PROMISYS flow. Other devices are fitted with APIS that are supported directly by the system. Within these devices the encoders and IP cameras can be found.
