Gpase – support for passenger attention staff

In order to both optimise the management of the activities performed by the customer service staff, and to keep the Airport Authority informed of this activity, it is imperative to have a software platform that records activity and allows a centralised information point to be created so that this information can be shared by the passenger attention staff.
AERIAM offers an IT solution, supported by the airport information system, that allows:
  • Compilation of all records generated by the customer service staff during their different activities in a centralised database for further analysis and consultancy (Activity Registry)

  • Activation of a centralised location for collaboration allows the users to share information, consult, publish documents and add information lists instantly, simply and efficiently. The users can also consult and publish news and announcements of interest (Information and Collaboration INTRANET)
