AERIAM Technologies eases and improves the management of lost property at Ibiza (Spain)

The company has developed a software solution that computerises the inventory and management of lost property in an airport.

AERIAM Technologies, a company dedicated to satisfying the needs of the airport and aeronautical industries in the field of information and communication technologies, has developed a software solution that allows the computerisation of the inventory and management of lost property at Malaga Airport.
This solution offers, amongst other possibilities, a search of the different storage areas at the airport using keywords. Images of the lost items found in the search can then be shown to passengers, making it easier for them to recognise and recover them. It also offers possibilities for the airport, such as producing reports and statistics in order to establish ways of improving the service quality level.
The project included the development of the software and the implementation of the solution at the airport, along with training of staff for its use. This allowed the solution to be fully incorporated into the daily activity of this busy airport in southern Spain.
